Great backup when needed for anything technical and help get you going again

Can't say enough good about the 3 year protection. Just get it. So worth the money. If you are buying a gaming PC there are many things that can go wrong. Best Buy will repair or replace. Have used it before & was so thankful. Best Buys stands behind its products.

Have not had to use it yet . . . thank goodness. My computer is only two weeks old.

These guys are always the best whenever I have an issue I’m sure they’ll be there to fix the computers they come to the house you don’t even have to bring your unit to them so I’m glad that we purchased this with the computer so we could have worry free for the next three years love you Best Buy

I dropped my computer and the screen cracked and half of it went black luckily i had protection on it and they sent it to get fixed no problem

I am happy with the Geek Squad services I have received so far. They have installed the cyber security systems and set up several new computers I have bought there. They have also removed viruses and fixed other computer problems.

I mean its protection, what else would you expect?

Just in case of an accident I have my stuff protected for 1-Year so I have my stuff protected just in case of accidents.

It s very good service and my computer is still working good on 2 year now never slow or damage

I am not a high tech type person but love using my computer. This service has been a real stress saver for me. If anything is not working as it should or I am concerned about a questionable email my Geek Squad member will investigate.

I love the whole idea behind the Geek squad for people like me who are NOT geeks. It was vital at first as I was starting up. Now, I haven't been bringing it in to them. I plan to have them do a 'check-up" every six months. Not sure I needed three years, but it was the most economical approach and if something goes wrong with the computer after the warranty, I will be covered.

I Have NOT USED THEM YET. If I need them in will use them.

If they can't fix it over the phone they reimburse the $39.00 fee.

After one month of coverage, had to call upon Geek Squad to repair a brand new all-in-one computer. There was never a question nor comment made. The system was sent off for repair and 30 days later the defect was replaced and the item returned with no hassle or charge.

I just purchased Best Buy's 3-Year GSP to protect my recently purchased Alienware Aurora R-10 Desktop Gaming PC. Never had any issue(s) with Best Buy's GSP covering any defect(s) and will always continue to purchase them for high ticket item(s).

They checked out the Open Box PC for free already. But this is needed incase anything happens!
