The Protection plan is a must have for anything. Geek squad was amazing looking for a solution for me after my dog hit a cup of water on my computer.

I purchased an Open Box all-in-one computer in the store. The sales agent did check it out before I purchased it and it was Geek certified. However, I opted to purchase Geek insurance as a "safety measure". I feel it's worth the price.

I was told if we had problems it would be fixed on site,not true it would be sent out,three week turn around.False advertisement

I always buy this warranty for all my electronics. The only bad things is if I need to replace something, it wont cover the current value of the merchandise. It has to be up to the amount I paid originally not the current value. Not so good if you get something on sale.

I got a full refund, although in store credit, for a computer that i bought which which broke down just 2 months out of manufacturers warranty.

agents were all friendly and the one I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable and was very patient with me and my lack of computer talk or lack of...never complain or irritated with ny calling things "that thing that you push and not sure what i did but"

the best protection i have i was able to use it to repair my phone and i pad at no cost, they also installed washer and dryer as part of the service. only issue is how long it takes to get in to see a geek squad member. hopefully it will get better

My son destroyed his computer on the 2nd day of use. I was able to return the computer with ease and was issued a full refund when the computer couldn’t be repaired. The Protection plan is a great asset especially for when you are purchasing for children.

They have not yet had to use it on this particular product. But I have had it on other items, and they great fixing any problem that might come up with your product.

I took my old computer to the Geek Squad desk. He looked at it and suggested I take a look at the newer computers. He's the one that said Best Buy had financing and I didn't know that.
