So easy to set up, love how it comes with a super awesome led keyboard and gaming mouse! Also comes with a remote to change the colors in the pc, great bonus. Great purchase, highly recommend.

Got this as a gift perfect pc and great customer service as always with purchasing this item.

This new cyberpower pc has been very disappointing so far. Firstly it arrived missing the mouse that was supposed to be included (keyboard only). Second the rgb lights would not turn on at all. After investigating i found that they where not connected, leaving me to open the unit and manually plug them in. Lastly one of the top usb ports did not work, again after investigating i found the cable had been connected to the motherboard so poorly that it bent two of the pins. Overall very poor quality control in the assembly process for a $1000 computer.

Was comparing building almost this exact pc vs buying it and I went ahead and purchased the prebuild. It's been working phenomenally and couldn't be happier. I'll be buying my next prebuilt from them as well.

The desktop came quick with no damage, and was very easy to install. It comes with a good keyboard and mouse that is very helpful if you don't own one already. Its a great desktop, and I recommend this to buy.

I had a 12 year old desktop before I bought this and goodness me I am in LOVE with everything about this! I did a lot of research on the specs I knew I needed and this had everything I needed with a great price!

For the accidental protection plan it should be longer than 2 years and it's pricey for a two year plan

It worked great, but it slowed down after 4 years of use. Not bad for a refurbished model. I was pleased with the purchase.
