geek squad protection is the best. If something goes wrong with the computer they just replace it

bought protection plan didn't think I needed it glad I did 3 days old granddaughter climbed on me chair flipped over foot kicked computer it fell on the floor yes broke screen. Bought longer plan on new computer saved me a lot.

They have been very helpful. I am glad I have them.

Absolutely down right a scam. They only offer one type of insurance when buying from them and it doesn’t even cover most of what could go wrong. Very displeased with being turned away at the counter with the reason being they didn’t cover the issue under my current plan yet they didn’t check to see what was causing the issue, run a diagnostics check, or even go further then plugging it up and saying oh well it’s x issue can’t help I could charge you to try and fix it but we can not promise this will resolve the issue nor will we check to see if it did resolve the issue. Didn’t care enough to help someone resolve this issue or even make sure they knew that it wasn’t covered under their protection plan. MAKE sure you know what plan your buying. DO NOT count on them to even try helping after you walk away with your product. Please be careful with this they will take your money and not think twice

Just got it, haven't had to use it yet I hope I never have to us it, but it gives me peace of mind.

Great service got it for my computer. When I needed the screen repaired only paid $79 compared to 500 other places tried charging.
