I was skeptical at first but after having them come out and repair items that were under warranty I would say it's worth it.

When purchasing items, I recommend adding the protection plan. This has come in handy for me on multiple occasions. The plan is easy to use if needed. Highly recommend

I was having trouble setting up my computer and called. I spoke to a representative that walked me through the process that allowed me to get my computer operating.

One thing they didnt tell me upon purchase was that while it does *Cover* the computer, that almost all components would not be within a window where they would be serviced at the location. I just had a cracked glass screen, and instead of a simple swap where they send it (thing was shattered, literally. Not a repair but a replace) it would take 3-6 weeks to get back. Kicker? Id have to send my *Whole* pc in instead of the glass itself.

The agents are to replace my circuit board for my tv. They also mounted my glass shelves for my consoles. They are to mount my tv to the wall. They are very professional.

The geek squad are the best at bestbuy thank you for your help.

Best Buy agreed to offer me a free year of Geek Squad protection because their open box computer did not have the manufacturer's warranty (called and verified with Cyberpower)

Didn't have to utilize the technician the plug-n-play feature worked perfectly the 1st time.

I always get the Geek Protection. It has proven several times to be a valuable purchase. Each time I have had an issue, the Geek Squad is on it and meets or exceeds my expectations.

I would not buy a computer without it. Laptops are not built to last like they use to and this protection has saved us many $ in repairs so far.
