In the past the Greek Squad has always been very Reliable.! They still are! Haven't had to use them yet However my having the protection made me feel safe!

Bought HP Omen Gaming Desktop Dec 28th. It has been used less than 20 times. Purchased 200/300 warranty. Best Buy Plus Member (former now). Just dropped off computer due to operating/software issue according to Geek Squad. You would think they and Best Buy would fix my barely used, 3 month old 1,300 computer. NOPE. Manager made me purchase a yearly membership or pay $250. So...this million dollar company just had me return a $700 unopened laptop and will now lose my business on our kitchen remodeling. This three-year accident protection is a decent price for such an expensive gaming computer.

Great to be able to have this as a backup for the standard warranty that comes with my product. Very helpful and intuitive service. I recommend for any major purchase.

I purchased this plan at the time I purchased my desktop computer and I am glad I did. My CD-ROM started to go and I had the secondary drive replaced with no charge to me.

You cant be too careful when you have a home full if kiddos. You dont know when the next time will be when something is getting broken. It usually doesnt take too long.

I havent had to.use this so far but I thought it covered hook up as part of the warranty but it didnt. I had to pay an additional $214 to have my moms computer set up on top of the warranty. Geek squad did an amazing job setting it up and Im sure if she has a problem with the computer they will quickly get out there.

I have used this plan a number of times and thankful I purchased it. Best Buy replaced everything with a problem, wouldn’t shop anywhere else
