    brought item home, unpacked and during a move the screen cracked. i brought to geeksquad and they replaced the screen without any questions! only issue was the time for repair. took about 2 weeks from the date i dropped it off to the time i received item back

    Always recommend getting extra protection on any and all electronics. Never know when you may need it and what may happen. Haven’t had to use it yet.

    1 year of coverage was a good value when compared to the cost of replacing my brand new PC if there is a power surge (my last PC was damaged during a storm and I did not have this protection).

    I recommend getting this on technology. Technology is great but it isn't the best, get this in case your product breaks, it has saved me a lot of money.

    Haven't needed to use this service so far. I'm sure the Geek Squad will do a good job. Best Buy is my go to store for IT items.
