    It's worth the money. THE headache of your computer having issues and u didnt buy it will cost u more in the long run. BUY AT LEAST A 1 YEAR PLAN!!

    I love geek squad. There very helpful in fixing all my electronic items and if they can't fix it there replace as long my items are under warrenty.

    The agents fixed diagnosed my pc a couple times. Fixed it once or twice and then gave me a new one when it wasn’t working completely.

    We have used Geek protection plan before for computers, TV.s etc. and having them was useful when computer viruses became an issue. any issue was always dealt with and always resolved.
