Tried to refund a geek squad warranty, was told by corporate it would be no issue, they gave issues and tried to keep my money on a gift card for there store. Ive has 1200 lost in a gift card before with Bestbuy. It was terrible service and the red head manager was laughing the whole time. Terrible character for a manager, a person at that. I work hard for my money as we all do. For a company to take my money when it can be refunded to my debit. He as an employee went Against there policy. Just spent over 1.5k in February of 2025 to be treated like this.

always get geek squad with my electronics. They are very helpful and informative.

Every time I've had to use their plan they always honer their warranty.. no questions ask, either replace or store credit..

I have yet to have to use this but it will come in handy when the time comes.
