I bought the geek protection with the computer, but have never had to use it, which is good. I have always had geek squad protection on my equipment and they have never failed me.

I bought the protection plan because my son and his buddies always want to bring their computers to each other s house. He is a teenager and don't trust him to transport it safely.

I sent in my computer for what I believed to have been a simple fix. After about a week, I was told that it was unable to be repaired (I sent a tower in to fix an issue with a USB port). I was told that I'd be given full credit at the value of my purchase. I declined originally and asked that my device be simply returned, as it should still be functioning. I was simply told no and that my only option was to take the credit, which does not sit right with me. I did not want to be forced into buying another PC, which cost me more money than my original purchase and I ended up with worse specs. The service center representatives are also horrible at callbacks; in example, a "two-hour callback time frame" lasted roughly 8 hours.

Great service, very respectful, and instructed me through everything.

Always a great add-on to have when you are not super tech savvy like myself.

I brought this for my son for a early Christmas present last year and he loves it no complaints can’t keep him off from it.

I love geek squad, they’ve already helped with my PC once when it got surged.

While it often takes a bit of my time, it ALWAYS saves me some money to have this protection. You never know when that next problem is coming, I'd rather opt to be safe than sorry. Thanks Best Buy for all the great service!!!

Glad to find out about this plan! These all in one desktops are prone to tipping over if you try to tip it and look behind for a USB port. Almost had that happen. Will be covered!

Anytime I buy a high end product from BestBuy, I try to take out the protection. I also have a geek squad protection plan that has been fantastic whenever i needed service.

This 2 year geek Squad Protection is very affordable and assuring. Its safe to say if something were to happen to my pc the geek quad and protection plan have my back!

I was skeptical at first but after having them come out and repair items that were under warranty I would say it's worth it.
