Mostly I don't have to use it, but I have had a couple of purchases that just didn't hold up and had to be sent in and repaired by Geek Squad several times.

I made a big purchase for my grandson. I need peace of mind, knowing that if something happened, I can count on it being fixed, quickly and efficiently. My husband and I purchase it on most all items and have always been satisfied with the service. Peace of mind is everything!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing compute for gaming, I can run fortnite at the highest settings with 180-240 FPS, I also tried MMORPG Black Desert and Guild Wars 2, highest settings getting the highest fps and no lag. I checked the temperature of the pc during these gaming sessions and max it ever hit was 63 degrees. This machine is a beast !! Keyboard is pretty good, mouse comes with a set of 3 DPI settings. Id recommend using the keyboard if you dont have one but invest in a Logic g502 mouse in the future.
