Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased the kindles and the warranty I was told that they come with charger replacements I went there stood in line for over 30 minutes for them to give me a 809# to call and wait for them to be shipped???? This # should be given at the time of purchase
