Protection plan is a must have! Have used many times for many of my past purchases. Be aware that once you’ve used the plan to replace a broken or defective product, the plan is fulfilled and you must (if you wish to protect the new item) repurchase with the replacement product. i feel better having this. I have always found the Geek squad to most helpful.

I like knowing that if anything happens they try to fox it and if they cannot I get store credit for the full value. You do not have to take a refurbished older model, you can choose to upgrade if something does go wrong.

I've had Geek Squad since my first computer and if there's Abby issues, they're there to help.

Extra protection is worth it for electronics our kiddo will be using

The geek squad protection plan was great for my laptop. I got a free laptop when the computer started to malfunction before the year warranty was up. The geek squad team was also very helpful and were very kind to me when I brought them my laptop!

I got the Geek Squad protection for my tablet, because I take it to school every day and wanted a peace of mine, in case anything were to spill on it. Or if I were to drop it, I know it is covered.

Fortunately the tablet i bought this for is still working fine and my kids havent broken it but its nice to have the extra peace of mind just in case something happens and the extra warranty is needed.

I love how if my devices ge. t broken i can bring it back and it wil be fixed. Best buy has always honored it.

The best warranty around i always get the warranty i have hundreds of them and if something brake or not working right it is easily replaced, please get the warranty when buying from bestbuy it's worth it

I always recommend my friends and family to geeksquad protection plans because they really care about you and they will always help you with any problem only if you are covered...so you better pay for it

I buy the geek squad with everything I buy from best buy. This is a great value although I always price match and the employees always mess this up so then I pay double for the price of protection plan.

Excellent Coverage and i rating it not based on this purchase alone but all my warranty purchases at Bestbuy. The always fix or replace the device. I love their customer service and professionalism.

I have not had to use this for the device I purchased it on yet but have used Geek Squad in the past. They are awesome - super smart and always very friendly. They are really patient with all of my questions and help me through every step of the problem solving process.

Thanks goodness i got this for my daughters amazon tablet, shes two years old but you just never know what could happen.

I decided to go with the two year warranty on my kindle hd8 simply because there's not a decent case available and I felt it was a bit too hard to hold onto, so if dropped I knew it would be covered. Hope I don't need it but it was inexpensive so why not

We will always get this protection on any laptop. We have had to use it several times over the years and the process has been easy each time.
