This has to be one of the best protection plans. Geeksquad always takes care of your device. Service is usually fast and professional. I still recommend that you check your product before you leave the store and make sure the service is done right. I highly recommend Geeksquad protection, accidents happens as life happens.

Very helpful to have in case your laptop breaks. My surface shut down while I had this protection and they gave my a gift card to buy a new one that day which was great.

They sent my device to the wrong service center and then did not update for a week. Everytime I called for an update I was told to go to my local store geek squad because they had no answers. The local store could only go off the online updates which went another week without being updated. It was stressful overall. They did say it was not a common occurrence . Originally I was going to give zero stars out of stress but the very last phone agent who helped me was actually very helpful. He straightened everything out and took his time. They need more agents like him.

I always get the warranty at Best Buy geek squad it is worth it and a life saver

2 years of enhanced protection for your purchase at a great price. It is a no brainer. These plans are a life saver for anything outside of your manufacturer's warranty.

We have saved $$$ by having Geek Squad.My husband couldn't survive without these people! When his printer doesn't work a tech always helps get him out of the mess. Not a one has ever told him it was usually his fault/ incompetence/etc. We must keep our membership!

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

My son loves his tablet! It's having charging problems now but I think because he doesn't turn it off at night!

Love the Insurance plan hands down the best. I have a special needs child who is constantly breaking her tablet every other month! I go in and get a new tablet and insurance plan with no problem!

I havent had to use Geek Squad yet for my tablet but in the past when Ive used Geen Squad they have always been super helpful.

The agent installed my Arlo cameras with no problems at all. If I ever made a purchase that would need installing these are the people I would have do it.

I recently had to renew my geek squad plus plan and I’m so glad I did. My surface pro fell and cracked on one corner and completely stopped working. Next day I went into Best Buy & geek squad took care of everything. My new surface pro gets here Monday!

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

Excellent option if your buying for a 3 year old you never know what could happen with your little one and a table even if the case is child proof they'll find a way lol highly recommended!
