Geek squad is always very helpful...................

My kiddo loves it. The screen is pretty dim. But he doesn't seem to mind it.

If you can afford this, always purchase it. I only wish that when you purchase multiple items at one this you had a option get a bundle deal at a discounted price.

With the Microsoft Surface Pro 3's recall for defective hardware, I was able to upgrade my damaged surface pro 3 under Geek Squad warranty for a new Surface Pro 4. Note I really do not see a different between the 3 and 4.

The protection plan was a life saver! my sons tablet stopped charging 3 times and all 3 times I was saved by the protection plan. I would tell anyone who will listen do not get the tablet without the protection plan.

Geek squad helped walk me through the set up of my Brydge Keyboard and explained what I would & wouldnt get with a non memory keyboard vs the keyboards with extra memory
