I got this for my daughter's tablet. I'll let geek squad deal with a broken tablet.

The protection plan was a life saver! my sons tablet stopped charging 3 times and all 3 times I was saved by the protection plan. I would tell anyone who will listen do not get the tablet without the protection plan.
