Bought one protection on tablets that covers everything. Thank god i did because both screens started to crack out of the blue.

These plans offer some peace of mind, in my mind. They aren't too expensive, and you can pretty much guarantee if something goes bad or quits on you, you'll be covered! Things happen, things break.

It was easy to turn in my Samsung tablet for repairs. The Geek Squad sent the device where it needed to go when it was completed it was returned to the store and I got a phone call to come and pick my tablet up super easy. The one thing I would ask is if you have to make an appointment as we do please don't make me sit and wait.

It is an awesome service. Could not/Would not own a device without Geek Squad service. You have expert advise and the ability to call on them at any time.

Wish I can use it, but there's no way to determine which product is which as you need information such as the product serial number along with the receipt. I ordered multiple as I have four children that each got one. Three of which had a glitch shortly after opening them and froze. I considered sending it back, or going to get repaired but I can't seem to figure out which is which.

Im glad i have it. I use my tablet a lot . If you use yours a lot, get this service.

I got this extra warranty for my tablet. Its always best and wise to have extra protection for your products for piece of mind.

The agents are very helpful and courteous. They treat each customer as if they were the only one they were helping. I have been pleased with most of my experiences with the Geek Squad at Mid-Rivers Mall location.

Glad I had this plan. a few hundred dollar warranty resulted in getting two replacement machines over the life of the plan. Easily paid for itself.

Comes in handy and not just with kids. I always try to get this. Worth it. Accidentally drop or spill something on computer or game system it will get fixed as long as it has the accidental plan

This tablet is simple and easy to use, especially to listen to music too

For some more expensive items it's worth the peice of mind if something goes wrong. Usually a painless process with Geek Squad.
