When I purchased my tablet Best Buy added a one year protection plan so if I would have problems with it the Geek Squad would take care of it

Definitely worth getting a protection plan in case something breaks or stops working

Geek squad helpfulness kind and answered all questions love my pad and the geek squad help me understand and work the ipad they are wonderful

The plan is great. Even if it is damaged it will be replaced

We fully recommend buying Geek Squad on any electronic equipment over 100.00. Best Buy stands behind their geek squad protection plans. Either they fix it or replace it.

This is a great option for anyone who would like to feel at ease with their gadgets. I am glad I got it even though I have not used it.

Easy to use as Best Buy keeps track of it on the computer. You don't have to have the actual receipt or mail anything in. They will also sub a similar product if necessary. Unfortunately if your product malfunctions before the two years, you will have to buy a new plan for the replacement item.

Purchased extra protection with my laptop, should of purchased 4 year plan. Yet, the 1 year came in handy when my laptop stop working correctly. No cost associated with Greek squad help.
