Since I bought my Surface Pro 4 I've had to use the plan twice. Both times were my own clumsiness, and my issues were taken care of very quickly. The service folks were professional and competent.

I know that I can always count on the Geek Squad when I need help with my computer. They are friendly and always explain what they did to fix my problem.

I can always go to them if I have a question and their policy is good if they need to replace your item and they don't make it anymore then they will give you the newest model that's comparable!

Unfortunately my computer broke and had to take it to fixed it took them a little time to find my 2 year geek squad warranty but they replaced my device.

This is a great option for anyone who would like to feel at ease with their gadgets. I am glad I got it even though I have not used it.

The geek is a god service, you can plug it into other devices

I was having "phantom touches" on my SP3 and it would have had to be replaced to fix it. But since it was old I was able to trade it in with a Surface Pro 4. It was very simple and easy.

It was a great gift for my 7 year old family member. She still uses it at age 9. Excellent for travel entertainment.

Good thing to have if purchased for a child. I bought this to go with the fire tablet.

I like Geek Squad because they don't nickel and dime you when you have a problem with something and they fix the problem fast.

They’ve always taken care of issues with covered devices... tablets- Great service. Highly recommend.

I never regret getting the 2 year plan. Manufacturers usually only offer 1 but with Best Buy Geek Squad, I can take it in and have a solution that day - for 2 years, without a penalty.
