Each time my coputer or Tablet is bad geek squad will repair it fast and guarantee. When i got my Tv they came in the next day and install everything.

The service protection is great in that you will get your things fixed, but the big draw back is that if they have to send it off it takes a couple weeks before you get your item back. When my tablet broke it had to be sent off twice which left me without a tablet I used for work for a month. They ultimately replaced it, which was great, but the time delay stunk.

I purchased this to protect my new Surface Pro 4. I've used it a few times and the Geeks have been nothing but helpful. They helped me with some Outlook issues that I was having, and tuned everything up while they were at it. I'm very happy with the services that they've provided.

Purchased in December 2018 it is still going strong no issues.

Great way to protect your electronics from the very first day

I love how lightweight it is and much easier to carry than a laptop. I take it to work and do college work during lunch. I purchased a bluetooth keyboard and it works great.

We bought Geek Squad extended warranty on our 50 inch tv and it was well worth it when the tv died. They came out, diagnosed the problem and rebuilt our tv with new parts all at no charge. Much better alternative to the manufacturer.

I have used this on other computers. It is good to have. They have fixed any problem I have had with other items. I do not like how i do not like how a system that you spent good money on has to be sent in for repair with no idea when it will return. But I guess it has to be done if you dont want to pay huge fees for repairs
