I can't say enough about the service we have received from the Geek Squad! A great bunch of people and went out of their way at Saratoga store!

First for the $15 it cost me for accidental droppage it was definitely worth the extra money even though the tablet was only worth $50 the $15 came in handy really quick and there was no issues when needing to cash in on it

with cost of repair almost same as replacement and repairability score of 1 out of 10 makes this coverage worth the money. for all insurance product/program, think of it as fire extinguisher. you have it in case u have fire.

Best Buy is my go to store for all my electronics and appliances!!!!

When I bought this warranty for my granddaughters tablet it came in in when the tablet all of sudden stopped working brought it back to Best Buy and the tablet was replaced at no charge

I have had great experience with all my protection plans purchased at Best Buy. The geek squad listens and does everything possible to fix problems. I never go without.

Don't be late even by 2 minutes. Had to reschedule. The tech I did get when I got someone was Rosie and she was amazing. Very pleased with her service.

I would always recommend gig squad to anybody bringing your product anything wrong with it they will fix it at a reasonable amount of time
