I always get the insurance when i buy , not cause of any issues but because i rather have it and not use it then to not have it and need to use it.

I have always purchased the Geek Squad protection and have had no problems with it at all. We have used it for almost all the products purchased at Best Buy.

If you anything happens they will swap it out or fit it. I can’t say enough they have one of the best protection plans I have ever seen

3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection. I have yet to use this particular plan. But in the past when I need to use a Geek Squad plan they were excellent to work with!

With the Microsoft Surface Pro 3's recall for defective hardware, I was able to upgrade my damaged surface pro 3 under Geek Squad warranty for a new Surface Pro 4. Note I really do not see a different between the 3 and 4.

I purchased this last year with a kid's firewire. Worked great when the screen broke and i had to return it for replacement. There was no problems at all.

Got this warrenty for my daughter tablet but if I only knew that amazon will guarantee it for 1 yr I might not have purchase it.

This is good to have if you are actually going tonuse it. I don't think I used it once but you never know when you will need it.
