lots of protection in case something goes wrong good if you have kids

I have not had to use it on this item. But I had the warranty on an iPod 5th gen and was really glad I did. Had to use it more than once on that item. But I think it has changed as far as what it covers since then so you would need to check really well what it covers. It replaced it with a new not refurbished one for me.

I get all of my Electronics from best buy and I always get the accident protection. This has saved me thousand of dollars. Never leave the store without.

Getting a warranty is very important because in case something happens to where it ends up damaged, you'll have the warranty to get it fixed.

I would recommend buying the protection plan. The geek squad was very understanding and fixed the problem adequately.

I would not buy any electronic from Best Buy if I could not purchase the Geek Squad protection. It is worry free and no hassle. I love this program!

Geek Squad protection is well worth the money. Those associates have the knowledge to repair the item, or pinpoint any software problem that may exist. I have seen them in action, they debugged a family laptop.

A must have when you have a tech issue or just a problem with your device. I would recommend this to everyone to get.

I would recommend the Protection Plan. It is great if you have kids/pets in the house - things can happen. Nice to know it will be fixed or replaced.
