Every time I have an issue with any of my devices Geek squad makes sure to fix or replace my devices. I love Best Buy for that!

I always need to make sure to get the added service plan, with a child who tends to break things, it is worth the extra cost!

Unfortunately my computer broke and had to take it to fixed it took them a little time to find my 2 year geek squad warranty but they replaced my device.

Very Satisfied with my protection plan, Amazon Fire Tablet 10 quit charging ,,,It takes an HDMI charger so I went to the store and Exchanged The Amazon Fire Tablet 10 for a new one ,,,,I had a 1 year warranty so I had to purchase another 1 year warranty to cover any cracks or spills on the Tablet

The warranties that they have are excellent I have never had a problem with them they always take care of the issue whatever it is no questions asked

I am hoping the protection plan is like in the past but as of right now we havent had to use it. We have heard it has changed by people that bought it and tried to use it but do not know for sure cause we were told when we bought it it was the same. So i would recommend it but i would also tell what i heard.

Protection plan bought for my Mom on the off chance that she broke something. This was to.make sure if anything happens she can get it fixed.

How can you not buy this when buying a tablet for a child??????????? It only makes sense

Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

Love the samsung tablet. It can be on the heavy side if you add a good protector. Much better then apple tablet which i owned 2 times.

So glad I bought this protection. I had a pair of headphones break off in the jack and even tho they couldn't remove it they replaced the tablet with no problem at all, well worth it to get this

Had an issue with my laptop. Fixed my issue quickly.

Cracked the screen they got it fixed within a week, no issues!
