Overall not to happy with this purchase. The basics behind this is if the device can power on then they will work on it but if not then they will offer you an "express replacement" at a preset amount (not ran with current pricing) which in my case was 50 dollars more than the current pricing. In the end it's left to the geek squad's discretion what they do with your device and even though this protection promises a 1 time replacement battery (which is what i wanted) it is not as freely given as advertised,

If you want to protect your Ipad Pro, I reccomend to purchase this product.

This is always good to have when you have kids! We don't take any chances. A good go-to when you have problems with the tablet.
