best buy geek squad is the best at repairing electronics. No problems with contacting them.

I get it with all my products cause you never know when something is going to act up or break and being able to fix or replace it makes since.

protection plans are good and very handy especially when accidents happen

I love 1 year protection because even if I break it or crack it I can also get a new one

They offer a replacement but you have to buy another plan for only 15 dollars
