    Geek Squadwas extremely helpful and professional. They were also very knowledgeable about the Surface Pro and did not hesitate to send it back to Microsoft for repair/replacement. Very pleased.

    Honestly I have not had to use this option yet. It was pricey but I like to have that security knowing everything will get fixed. I'm really writing this for the bonus point from best buy. Thanks for reading.
