Support for items I purchase with geek squad has been great in most occasions except for when manufacturers warranty conflicts and since the change to 1 800 from local slowed service and extended call time

Broke my surface screen, with no coverage. How much could it cost to fix, you ask? How about $600 for a new screen. You bet I added this with my new surface!

It was a nightmare to deal with Geek Squad over the freezer I purchased. I got the runaround. I spoke with countless people on getting the freezer repaired/junked. In-store employees were a nightmare. Customers do NOT come first. I want to know how it is that GS doesn't make service calls on smaller freezers. It's not like one can easily pack up a freezer to take into the store for repair/junking. It's rather a safety hazzard to everyone involved. I would recommend GS for other things - but they fail with medium size appliances.

Geek squad is excellent when it comes to a tablet especially one for kids.

I have not had a reason to use this service as yet. But it gives me peace of mind knowing if there is an accident with my son's tablet, it is covered.
