I can no longer get a receipt for my monthly charge to my credit card. Spent 4 hours on phone with different people. NONE did what they said they were going to do to assist me with getting a receipt or to fix their software problem

Don't waste ur money folks. Read the rest of the reviews for CELLPHONE COVERAGE. Not worth the money, find insurance through another place. Now I can't say anything bad for geeksqad on other devices or equipment. Best I can say is ask all the questions u can. Or read about it then sign up for it if that's what u want. You have 14 days after your purchase.

This had been a ridiculous waste of money!! Been paying nearly 2 years and finally needed to use it. Instead of covering the repair based on what ive already paid, they wanted to charge me $200 additional and I had to ship my phone away for weeks. Im canceling and won't ever bother with this crap again!!!

My cell get damage and they cover everything. Im happy with it.

the phone speaker broke on the replacement phone that had an issue with the charging port. took care of both issues no questions asked

Spending the extra money for the protection plan is almost always worth it. Usually inexpensive and great for protection against damages on product.

The agents there have the worse service and you have to wait for a long time to be seen if you don't have a appointment.. I went in to have my cellphone repaired and they couldn't find anything wrong but I had to make multiple trips and still nothing. Had to get a new phone after all that!!!

Sucks balls will never use again. They could not answer a simple question of how the plan was set up too pay for each month. They told me easiest way too find out was to return the service. So I returned the service and it got cancked then they answered my sinple question of how the payment was set up to begin with...

Honestly why do I have to pay insurance for a product when I the end I still have to come up with a large chunk of change in the end to replace it fix it

I purchased this product for an emergency, and when I broke my phone they told me 5 days until fixed. had to buy a new phone. would not buy again.

I wouldnt yo anywhere without knowing my phone is covered against accidental breakage it's just a no brainer

When I signed up for this plan I asked the rep if it covered theft like my AT&T protection plan. The rep said it did. Needless to say my phone was stolen at work and I had to buy a brand new phone.

Scam to the consumer if leasing a new phone from sprint/tmobile, when needing to return the old phone if sent out to geek squad for broek screen repair the phone they give you in return is not acceptable for lease return to sprint/tmobile. Should stop this service immediately!

terrible ! be aware. you will have to buy a new phone if you crack your screen do not buy there insurance!!! next stop for me is BBB

I love my Geek Squad protection they are fantastic they are so helpful I can't say anything bad about them

Geek squad is the best protection and they have excellent customer services

I think they can make it cheaper they have too many stipulations

I have tried use it,but they never can fix anything for me.
