    The agent tried to help with my phone but could not do anything more. Gave me store credit for what I paid for. He helped me out with his full potential

    Good insurance coverage for a good price. I bought my wife a new phone at best buy. She tends to drop things easily so I bought the protection plan.

    I purchased a warranty for my phone for about $100. I unfortunately needed to use my warranty as the screen cracked. I had to pay another $100.00 For the ability to use the warranty. Also a $500.00 hold on my card, just in case the old phone is not returned within 15 days. I have no tracking, no signature is required to receive. It has been four days and no information or tracking has been made available to me. I am told best buy has no way of tracking it because when asked to track and require a signature to receive my new phone the sales person decided for me to not track. I'm guessing because it would have taken their time to do so. They did however get my signature to charge me$ 100.00, and a hold on my card for $500.00. I called and the manager, Etone, hung up on me after telling me the first guy who helped me is no longer working for the geeks. So still no help and possibly $700.00 in fees for a warranty I thought would help me out. Because the sales person Jacob Meiners did not do his job it seems I am being charged. I have tried, and it seems there isNo way to track or find out where my phone is? Until I get an email from Motorola guaranteeing info on the delivery. And still more fees to be charged.I have received no emails, and best buy has hung up on me multiple times after putting me on hold. It seemed they were practiced at avoiding paying customers with issues they caused in the first place. And we wonder why these places are failing and closing. I will shop Amazon next time. The extended warranty cost as much to use as it was to purchase, as well as a$ 500.00 hold if I don't return my phone in 15 days.. It has been 4 days and no tracking or anything that could be helpful was provided. No email, no nothing. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop here again if at all possible. I just wanted my phone replaced via my warranty.

    I use this as insurance on my cell phone, so far over 4 different phone models I have only had to use it once, my phone freaked out I took it in to best buy they gave me a loaner phone and sent my phone for repair, turned out it had to be replaced, they got my new phone in and transferred all my data and at no additional cost to me

    Who doesn't love a great repair team!? literally the best i've seen from any real team and always have wonderful costumer service and help with any issue you have whether thats tech problems, tech fixes, or questions you have they are the standard.

    I always get 2 year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan with my purchases when it is available because I have a large family with little ones and I'm always on the go. I have made use of my protection plans and am a very satisfied elite member. I definitely love shopping at Best Buy for their superior quality, their excellent support system, and pick up and returns, they also deliver for free.

    The sale rep recommended to buy this insurance in case of unfortunate event and sadly it did happened I lost my phone and Bestbuy gave me a store credit since I had an older cellphone model.

    Love love the set ups Best Buy has for stuff you get there it’s like they back up there back ups and it’s alwys worked great for me! They have alwys taken care of me and I appreciate them so greatly!

    A must have if you are not familiar with IT language and don't have time to get into it. They also come to you if you don't have time to drop off your item. Always very courteous and patient in explaining the problems your item might have. i highly recommend it.

    Yo i have had the worst 2 or so years in the history of my cellphone use. Thank god for this protection program. You have to pay 200 dollars for every phone damaged but i think i am on my 5th maybe even 6th. It mad things easy and less expensive

    I have never been disappointed with the geek squad service and professionalism during all of my purchases i have added the geek squad protection plans and i have had to use my protection plan more than a few times and never disappointed!

    I have not used this service yet. I had broken the screen on my old phone and figured it was time to get protection. 1 year protection was worth the amount paid. I figured a phone is good for at least a year before you want to upgrade technology.

    Do yourself a favour and buy it I bought a brand new S20 ultra note and 2 days later it was broke and how to go buy a new one if I had this insurance the 1st time out of the spin able to go and get me a new 1 but instead I had to buy 2 of them

    Its necessary becouse this cell phones are very fragile. Its the second cell I break and no often fall down, and the old one had hard case too My son has an Iphone and it fall many times and never broken. I prefer samsung but I am thinking in change for this problem

    Since I bought my 1st computer with Geek Squad Protection, I have never regretted it. Life has unexpected things that happen, and this is a very small cost for a feeling of security that anything that may happen, whether it be a factory issue, or an accident your equipment will be repaired or replaced. I have both 5 pieces of equipment form Best Buy, and I always get the protection!

    It pays to have the warranty ' we got the more expensive one ' that covers the phone no matter what even if it's lost or stolen !! You have to have a phone that costs over I think $1200 for this warranty ' but they do have other warrantys for less expensive phones also , just the lost or stolen is not included & it's cheaper to pay up front then monthly

    The protection plan does what it's supposed to do - replace a phone when it's broken. The only negative is that even with an appointment, you still wait to be serviced.

    Did I really need to buy this protection… only time will tell. Do I feel better for purchasing… I suppose. (Bought for a cell phone being used by my kid. I’ve purchased the protection before and the replacement was pretty straight forward.)
