Best phone i have ever gotten my wife she loves it, she can do alot of stuff with it

I purchased this plan just in case the phone breaks or becomes defective

I did use the geek Squad for my Motorola Edge phone. It was exchanged no issues. I was mailed the new phone within 2 days and sent back the broken phone.

Great service, my iphone got fixed in a few hours and it looked like new.

Happy to be covered, when getting a phone that is on you everyday, protection will be the last thing on your mind until it slips from your hands. Get protection!

They couldnt ffix my tv so they gave a me refund soni could purchase something else

It is always good to have protection for your devices. You never know when something may happen to them.

I bought this protection on all my stuff that are expensive because I wanted protection from bestbuy since they are sometimes known to sell used product (disguised as brand new and unsealed)

I was charged over $200 on replacements for broken phones that were supposedly covered under the geek squad protection plan. The second time I went in, I waited over an hour despite making an appointment that I arrived on time for, only to be told that I had to come in the next day because the geek squad representative didn't enter the information correctly and couldn't correct the replacement that day. One of the employees that was helping me had to leave because his shift ended and he told me the replacement was free because the phone being replaced was less than 30 days from receipt, but the next employee told me that this was not possible. I got the sense that this was totally not worth it and that I could have just bought a new phone with the amount I spent on the protection plan and the replacements. The geek squad employees aren't able to repair the phone, all they can do is process replacements.

This plan has saved me several times already. The Geek squad team is amazing and it's definitely worth it.

I think it's a good idea to protect phone fromr accidents or malfunction once warranty expires. Gives me peace of mind.

I purchased a new phone yesterday and also purchased this!! You never know when you going to need it and with the price of the phone it's better to be safe instead of sorry.
