New phone so neede the protection. Bought this and canceled my the pretectipn through verizon to keep the bill down.

Have yet to use it in 2 years but I've felt secure knowing my phone has been protected all this time should I have needed it.

I got best options and service as I was liiking for.

I haven't had to use this service yet with any of my devices. I purchased it because my last one expired.

Geek squad has always provided great service, but now because of COVID virus we must make appointment because they don't allow walk in.

I've never used. On a positive note. However, better safe than sorry. An absolute must purchase with any product purchase

It is a good protection plan. I was able to quickly replace the phone.

From all other expirence and insurance i thing geek the greatest one.

Will be having my note 10+ screen fixed tomorrow so hopefully everything goes smoothly. Will update again after service
