I was talked into it when buying my phone. Now I have double insurance and need to figure out which to cancel.

Can't really say much about geek squad since my item has not malfunction but I heard good things about geek squad.

Hopefully I will not need this extra protection, but if I do, it is nice to know I have it to protect my phone.

yep I needed this and thankfully I got it. dropped my phone and it was smashed.. replaced within 2 days

Won't buy without this! I have used this protection plan in the past several times, and know what a value this is.

ajust when you don't think you need this, you drop your phone and it breaks.

Price is MUCH better than Verizon. But when they shipped me the replacement phone the switch over was PAINFUL! It did not go smooth. A year ago I got a replacement and they used some App to swap over to the new phone (through Verizon) and it was MUCH easier and included everything including passwords, etc. I guess it goes back to “you get what you pay for!”
