I returned mine because by the time I pay for the plan plus deductible I could have just bought another phone or a screen. Don't get me wrong I have payed for plans before but not thus time.

I suspect it will be very useful if it is needed. So far, I have not needed it. My experience with their Geek Squad has been great with installations though.

I always purchase these and warranties wherever I go and I have never used them but I know the one time I don't spend that extra money on protection will be when ill actually need it.

Waiting money on Geek Squad. Would have to hang my Samsung 55 inch TV. Still contem plating on purchasing a 65 inch Samsung. I may need to go to Fry's electronics store

I see myself buying GEEK squad a bit and never using. This is a good thing, but makes it hard to rate. I only used on a mobile recently and that was not impressive.

I never used this so I'm not sure if it's any good. Seems like a good price. Definitely took good care of me when I used the plan on a vacuum cleaner.

The insurance through geek squad like any other insurance is only worth it when product is brand new up to 1 year.

I like to see when the charge is due and how much is taken out my account. I'm not sure where to find the agreement either. Thanks

I like the idea, but when I broke my phone the insurance side of geek squad was not accommodating at all. The say they didn't have any replacement and I was to send my phone to them and would me a voucher. They wouldn't even tell for how much. And I would be without a phone and I wouldn't have my data, like contacts, email, etc. I went to the store and they were great got me a replacement phone and transferred all my data.

I dont know, i havent gotten to use greek squad yet and hopefully wont need to.

I haven't had to use them for anything yet, so not sure on quality

Agent is store was frustrated with other customers, she wasnt very friendly, she put my screen protector on my new phone hurriedly and to this day it keeps getting bubbles near the bottom, no matter how often I smooth it out...not pleased with the service or attitude I received

I probably use this service ones, so, so. Some of them are really good.

My girlfriend got this option on a new phone and she's happy with it. I'm not convinced it's worth it.

Would give a zero if I could. Was told I had to purchase protection plan for Geek Squad to repair cracked screen. Then they said they can't repair it. They only replace with refurbished or new which they do not have. I asked to have my protection plan canceled since it is of no value to me and refund the month payment I made which was worthless. Held on the phone with Corporate offices two and a half hours and no answer. In person store Fox Point WI did not resolve problem and is not taking calls. National line and chat has me holding and disconnects me. No resolution.

I get Geek Squad with everythi g I buy here. Sometimes good but it has changed alot over the years.

Will it cover better than last time where I couldn't replace the screen and paid $200 for a used phone? Tbd

read all the fine print on the plan its okay for the price but could be more better for the price

Haven't had to use it yet! Hopefully I will not but if I drop my phone I hope they will take care of it!
