Have not had to use my protection yet, but best buy protection is so much better than what my cellular company provides

Can't really give a review as I haven't really needed to use this service for much but glad to be able to have them on hand if I do ever need something.

I haven't had to use the service yet, but I'm glad that I have it. It's an insurance policy that you pay a premium to cover your device against damages.

This is kind of a no-brainer on a $1200 dollar phone (no, I didn't pay that much, I got it on sale).

What can you say about a protection plan.......I have peace of mind knowing that my phone is covered just in case and by the GEEKS who could ask for more !!!!!!

These phones get more and more expensive why not spend just a bit more for the protection? Had to get it. Geek Squad always on point.

Haven't needed to use the Geek Squad for my daughter's new phone. However, when we have needed for other electronics that have been extremely helpful.

The geek squad has good coverage for the price on cell phones, however when I upgraded 2 years ago the sales girl told me it would automatically transfer to my new phone and I learned the hard way that is not true. Not happy about that since I did break my phone and had no coverage for a new one and I also paid for coverage for 2 years on a phone that I didn't have anymore.

This is the first tome using this service. It went well with no hickups

I feel I paid a lot for the phone so I wanted it protected. 2 or 3 months just to be sure there no defects.

Sons screen cracked and had some pixelation before crack. Was not able to fix in store had replacement phone in 2 days. Customer service was great.

I like this service as I am rough with my devices and it protects me should they fail or I damage them.
