I tend to be a klutz and wanted to make sure I could still have a great cell phone to use, even if I dropped and broke it.....great for peace of mind.

Got this because I had a previous Samsung - dropped it and wasn’t covered. If you’re looking for peace of mind I defiantly would get this plan!

Worth the extra money, they are good at what they do. Never bought the protection before but glad I did now, you never know when you'll need it

Haven't had to use this yet. I hope I don't but like the idea if I do I can take it to Best Buy to get things done. At least that is what I am thinking.

Bought thos with my new Samsung S21 Ultra phone. Hopefully never have to use the insurance, but if I do I have no doubt the service will be great!

The insurance is worth the expense I had one phone that the screen went turned pink and it was replaced very quickly in 2 days with return packaging.

I did purchase the warranty but may have wanted to wait until the manufacturer warranty was over.

Love this plan. It's cost effective and i find it easier to use than the phone carrier plan.

I would recommend getting the Geek Squad Protection with your Best Buy Purchase. It covers your purchase incase of accidents.

It is always good to have warranty in case an accident happens to your device

Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.
