I have used this four times over the past year because the laptop I bought was trash, but this is the only thing that has saved my purchase from being a waste

Greta know the squad is there if anything happens to my computer. Great service and help when I took my laptop in for help.

We had to use it a bit, and aside for having to spend a long time at the store -- both waiting in line and then being helped -- it was worth it.

I've used service plans through Best Buy before and had great experiences. Just got one on my laptop and am glad I did. Protecting the touch screen alone is with it.
