I always buy protection plans from Best Buy. It just makes life easier because Best Buy stand behind their protection plans.

This protection is worth the money and the geek squad are always willing to help problem shoot or offer advice on helping to solve a problem and fully find some sort of solution. I recommend purchasing it to protect your product

Can’t go wrong with the package deal. When you buy a computer

the service center sticks and items always get sent back to the stores and are not fixed properly but the insurance is worth it if you can deal with the hassle.

Great value and customer service only thing i don't like is they making me pay for another protection plan after my device got damaged I mean if you pay for a two year protection its should be protected for two years

We haven’t had to use it on the item we bought it for, yet. But from past experiences with this service, we are confident that they will take care of us.

I always buy the geek squad warranty. Other places offer warranties but you have to send the item in and wait at least two weeks or more for a decision to be made, with the Geek Squad you take it in and they fix or replace it in a few days. I highly recommend their services.

Love Geek Squad. I will buy anything I can through Best Buy as well as the extra protection. This protection not only covers defects in the hardware, but if I accidentally damage my item.

This is the first laptop that I bought on my own and $100 is honestly a lot for me to pay for a laptop so I had to make sure that my laptop was going to be protected and after talking it over with the Best Buy employees I found a Geek Squad was the best purchase for my investment

Very worth it, especially if you have children. You never know what might happen and with this coverage I don't feel like i need to wrap my computer in bubble wrap and put it in a plastic bag when I'm away from it.

I purchased the 'physical' (for damages that might occur - like dropping the computer, cracking the screen, spilling coffee on it, etc.) Geek Squad protection plan because my laptop travels frequently. Always good to have because you never know what might happen on the road....

I had my sound system go out eight months after I bought it something simple bad board inside I’m so glad I bought the geek squad coverage I would recommend at least getting a year on any electronics
