Very helpful warranty for the laptop due to the accidental damage part of it

I purchased an expensive laptop and some gaming headphones. It gives you peace of mind knowing they have a warranty.

Have not had to use this service yet however I feel it is a great purchase for the price and the value is present.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

I highly recommend that this protection plan is purchased for all Best Buy products.

I’ve been purchasing all my electronics from Best Buy with the Geek Squad warranty. Everytimw I have a problem, Geek Squad is there for me.

Geek squad protections are the best but in reality,best buy as a whole just a great company.

I buy the geek squad protection for all my expensive items since it gives me peace of mind in case something happens.

I should buy more years warranty because I would like to switch or upgrade my laptop for a new version
