It’s nice to have someone come to my house for technology issues when I can’t figure it out myself.

It's good to have, with the chrome book adult or kid.

I have NO idea if the anti virus protection is installed on my lap top like they said they were doing. It doesn't ever tell me that a check was done and I don't even remember what the program is called. I was not impressed with them "pushing" this whole program on me to buy for about $300. It was total tech support but no one can understand English when you get on the phone and you wait forever so it's pointless.

I hope i dont have to use it. i have bought geek squad plans in the past. sometimes the staff at BB are good to deal with and sometimes not so much.
