Geek Squad is a freaking JOKE! DO NOT spend the money for these *orons. They won't work on the laptop and don't offer any support. You will waste your money. I am now out $3,000 for the laptop that won't work and the support cost that they will not return. HORRIBLE service. Best Buy is HORRIBLE

Always get warranty on all my products! So helpful and worth the few extra money to get it.

The warranty is great for small issues like replacing adapters... but pretty annoying when you have a hardware issue that can't be resolved and you don't have a laptop for weeks.
