I purchased for a laptop I ended up returning. Wished I purchased it on my other laptop that I dropped, that is less than 6 months old (bye bye $1k). Never used the service but Peace of mind does have a price apparently.

Geek Squad rocks! Had issues navigating our new Samsung smart tv. Their techs talked us through operating the remote in terms we could understand!

I have never had to use the Geek Squad for any of my purchases from Best Buy but I feel better safe than sorry, if something does happen to go wrong I know I have the best in the business to help with any issues if need be.

This is for my son's laptop. He is hard on his electronics and I've used these protection plans in the past.

i have not had to use it thus far although I am wondering if I should renew as it expires next month, I find often as these programs expire the issues occur

I cracked the screen on my laptop and took it to The Geek Squad the following day. They shipped it off to Kentucky and it was fixed. The whole process took about 10 days. If you can deal with the wait, it’sa good piece of insurance to have if you do not want to do the repair yourself.

This is an absolute must add-on for all high dollar buys. Best buy has the best plan for protection. They'll straight up replace it even if it a year old.
