Best warranty I have ever purchased. I dropped it off at my local best buy. They had it for a couple week. Then they told me they would be unable to fix it and to come get a gift card for the full purchase price.

I love how you don’t have to keep the receipt for your warranty to be able to work. Also the staff was very helpful from when I walked in to when I left. They answered all my questions and helped my find the perfect computer!

They explained it very kindly and politely. The service is perfect. I will purchase the same service on my next purchase

I’m glad I purchased the 3 years of additional protection for my laptop because it gives me peace of mind.

There has not been any need to use the protection plan but it does cover good things.

I love my 3 year Geek Squad for all my devices. You never know when you may need it. We have 3 computers, cellphones, and other devices. I highly recommend this to anyone it can really will help anyone in the long run.

I have always add the protection plan to all my purchases. Is better to have it and not needed than to needed and not have it.
