Drops spills, my own clumsiness and manufacturers warranty extended. Could not ask for more. Peace of mind well worth the price.

2 1/2 years in, broke screen, couldn’t replace it, so am getting a store credit for original value.

I have rarely had to use a protection plan but with things being made more cheaply it’s probably a good idea for expensive stuff

I purchased this three year Accidental Geek Squad insurance for my ASUS Laptop computer. So far I have not filed a claim but am happy to know I have it in case I need it.

I'm giving this a five star review so far, and I'm hoping I never have to change it. I'm hoping it was an unnecessary purchase. Just like all insurance policies - you hope you never need to use them, and if you do, you hope they do a good job.

Glad I got the 3 year accidental Geek Squad protection. Cost was $79.00. You never know what can happen and with the protection, I'd have to pay more if repairs were needed.

John gave 250% excellent customer service. He is a dedicated and loyal member to the Best Buy geek department. He should be highly commended for his excellent customer service.

I always add the warranty to any products I buy from Best Buy

Thank heaven I have this. I am all fumble thumbs and this membership has saved me wads of cash.

I usually get the geek protection because I have had electronics go bad and when I didn't buy, it has been a huge problem. This is piece of mind especially as a student.

I have not used it yet. But it was easy to set up and a decent price.
