The only time I've ever had to use this service has resulted in a wonderful experience. Geek Squad made it super easy to get my laptop repaired. The manufacturer was so hard to deal with, so I called Geek Squad and they took the burden off of my shoulders and made things right, and the associates I spoke with were patient and were able to provide me with all the information I needed.

I have had excellent experience with the Geek Squad any time I had interacted with them. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none while the friendly Customer Service is absolutely amazing.

I had an accident with the laptop yoga7i where the screen became detached and this guys managed to fix the laptop i thought i was going to see ever again. What would have been worse to lose a lot of money. Thank best buy and geeksquad

Buying a Chromebook for a middle-school child is a must and the protection was a no brainer - already made use of it when she dropped it down our staircase and the touch-screen sensitivity was gone. Brought the Chromebook in for repair, took a little longer than anticipated but she did a decent number on the item. Got it back in perfect shape, like new. Well worth the extra cash up front.

Best Buy has a great geek squad. When my iPhone X got stuck in a boot loop, they tried to resolve the issue for me first. When that led to a dead end, the replaced it with a replica model & told me to come back if there were any issues with the new phone. The team was nice & patient, they even made me feel comfortable having been there for nearly two & a half hours.

The geek squad is the best to Go When purchasing all your Devices

I know I have posted these Best Buy protection plans reviews on here several times, so I won't keep saying the same thing. Bottom line, the easiest and hassle free protection plan in my opinion there is that we have used. I would recommend to anyone that doesn't have the money to go out and replace anything at anytime over say $150 of electronics or appliance's. Bottom line.

First time purchasing this with a laptop, but it definitely paid off. Dropped my laptop around 8 months in and it scratched up the screen and caused chips to the body. With the protection plan they refunded me the full amount of the laptop since apparently the screen wasn't something that was fixable.

Worth every penny! If you buy a chromebook this is more than worth it. So far the little chromebook has not faired well even with only desk use but this warranty came in clutch for both repairs that needed to happen.

Haven't needed yet but they were helpful when i decided to add plan after i left store. Not computer savvy so knowing i can call anytime is a blessing.

The warranty replacement programs so far have worked greatbfor me.

Bought geek squaud protection for refurbished laptop.

I've had this laptop for about a month now and it's been working great. I installed some programs to be used for 3d printing and the cricut. And still running well. Will update as the time.goes

Was able to replace my laptop charger after it stopped working. Although they were unable to replace the part themselves, they were able to refund the cost of a replacement ordered through a third-party.

The geek squad always has done a great job for me. Hopefully they are well compensated for their exceptional service.

I have not needed to use this in several years but when I did it was worth the cost upfront. They were able to fix my television with no cost to me. Everything but the outside case was replaced with new parts at no cost to me. Every time I have had to ask them questions they have resolved my issues/concerns in one go.

Geek Squad service is always great. I've only used them a few times but the techs have always been above and beyond. They're so helpful and very kind. Always have solved my issues with quickness and kindness.

It is very important that u get all the protection u can buy unfortunately that is were electronics is now a days.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad's services for this computer but have been very satisfied when they've cured my computer in the past. Knowing that they are there for a nominal yearly fee is very reassuring.

Agents were able to explain the protection plan to me as to how it will work. That if I lose my receipt, I can use my phone number to look up the plan.
