    I had a technical issue with the PC. For some reason it wasn’t turning on. The power button worked but the screen was just not illuminating. I took it back to the store and the Geek Squad was patient and courteous while I explained the issue. They offered to replace the item and it was delivered within 3 days. I was very pleased.

    No packaging damage when I received the pc. Noticeable damage on the tower itself. Too lazy to care regarding taking additional photo. Last CyberPowerPC I got, dead GPU. At least this one work.

    I know many people are hesitant about purchasing warrantees for their computers. It seems an excessive and perhaps even unnecessary addition to what is already an expensive purchase. All I can say is that when you break down the cost of a three-year purchase to a per year cost, and then consider how much money you would have to fork out to replace your computer if you did not have the warranty, the benefits are obvious. We have used our geek squad warrantees several times, and it has saved us thousands of dollars. I would not purchase a computer without one!

    I bought a 3 yr accidental contract for my Lenovo Desktop I bought. I buy Geek Squad accidental insurance for all my computers, printers and monitors. I have used the geek squad on my computer equipment. when I had problems with them. I take my computer in to geek squad. No hassle problems. they check it right in and fix it. As soon as their done. they give me a call to come pick it up. They get my computer to me real fast. they don't take to long. I would recommend geek squad accidental insurance to everyone that buys computers, printers and monitors.

    I didn't realize how much I needed it until the Bluetooth adapter went out. Not only did they fix that issue, they completely fixed the entire computer when FedEx damaged it during transport. It feels good to not have to worry about anything.

    This was great as we bough a Gaming PC and it fried due to overheating. I never buy these things and even though it was our fault most likely due to placement of the PC, BB came through and covered us. One downside, they sent our PC away to try to fix it first and it was near impossible to find someone to give us an update. And, it took about 2 months to finally call it dead and give us a credit to buy a new one. Was a bit tough as we were all at home for work and distance learning and down a PC. 4 stars for long time to find out result and poor comms.

    I usually purchase Best Buy's GSP for high ticket items or those that I feel will have a higher probability of breaking down either during the manufacturer's warranty period or beyond but within the coverage period of Best Buy's GSP. It has never disappointed me - coverage is great and it usually involves either an exact (or equivalent replacement) or store credit (or gift card) for the purchase price of the defective item. I highly recommend this!!!
