We purchased this service for my son's computer. I have used Geek squad in the past for other electronics with positive results.

I brought in a PC I had purchased in March, but it was unable to be repaired. Best Buy replaced the PC with a new PC having similar specs, and issued a new 3 year service plan to go with it. Total out-of-pocket, $0.00. Good work, guys

You have to get this if you are buying something and you or someone else that might use the product is clumsy. This way, you can get a replacement just in case.

I love my new computer. And I am 66 years old. So I feel like I have immediate backup if I struggle with something. Thank yiu

As mentioned before . Cheap Insurance plan if needed . We do not mind spending this money even it we do not use it
