Taking care of my Rog ally x and trying to be prompt repair or replace since the windows 11 update for 10/27/25 corrupted the os no out of pocket expense for anything and worse case i can get full store credit

I was skeptical at first aftear hearing how many issues this device had but it turned out to be great! It was definitely worth the upgrade from a steam deck. The screen is far better with the 120 hz refresh rate and the colors are much more vibrant as well. I never ran into any ground breaking issues thankfully after having it for months now. Also, the fact that I am no longer limited to what games I can play is also a huge bonus as opposed to being very limited with the steam deck. But I do wish the ROG ALLY could've provided a console like experience with it's own UI similiar to that of SteamOS. That's an experience I truly miss from the steam deck but overall this was a worthy purchase!

The practical assistance that the GeekSquad offers is what makes the plan worth considering' the accidental break coverage is what i saw that i decided was the best thing to have. Espe ially with a new shape,size,and something that is intended to be.carried and used portably it has oppurtu ities that it is dropped or falls. The GSBTP offers a gauruntee that ill either have the money i spent on the Lenovo Legion Go or ill have the lenovo legion Go and that i wont have to pay any additional monies to have it fixed. I recomend it!

I didn't get Geek to install my monitor but they are fast and they do an awesome job on your computers and they could've done a great job installing my mount but it was not that hard so I installed it myself.

Found this to be the best value for my updated Rog Ally. Did two years with the thought of rapid updates in this field and possibly selling it later on. Nice to know I have it.

Got this for My Original Rog Ally Z1 Extreme. Happy with the protection. Have never had to use it fortunately but nice to have. 3 years is the best value

Glad I picked up the coverage for my Asus Rog Ally considering i carry the thing around everywhere. Hope I wont need to use it but nice to know its covered.

The geek squad has been here to help me through set up and what i thought i had issues with. The customer service is great. The employees are very helpful.

Working specifically with Shawn the manager was a great experience. He took the time to work specifically with my device after having issues after being returned from being sent off and not being fixed. He ended up taking care of our situation and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. He was knowledgeable about electonics and even researched our specific issue to try and fix our device right there at the counter. I was very impressed with his work ethic, personality and managerial skills. Very impressed and satisfied.

Kyle at the pick up counter showed me extreme professionalism friendliness and courtesy. My package was handled flawlessly the line was managed efficiently. Will order again.
