Must have for any electronic. My computer died and I received a new one. I must have received a defected one that wasn’t caught before leaving the manufacturer.

Had appt to have webroot down loaded on new laptop.i had to wait 25 min. Which took up my hour so tech put webroot on but next appt came & i was dismissed and he never even put my emails on. Not happy!

I like to have a piece of mind that incase something happens to my product that it will be replaced or if possible fixed. I've never had any issues their services so I'm one content customer.

My first experience using Geek Squad was last year. I am very pleased with the service I received on my first visit and the service I received on my last visit.
