Gerk Squad is good to have, especially when you are on a budget. We all knows things happen at times and occasionally break down. But with Geek Squad the will either fix it or replace it.

I haven't used this yet but I'm assured to know that I have it if I need it.

I actually had an accident within 30 days of my purchase. Geeksquad stepped up and showed out! Hassle free repair with a short turn around. This service is totally awesome!

I hope that I never need it, but knowing that I am protected against drops and spills gives me piece of mind. Accidents happen sometimes and at least I am protected 2 years.

I use Dell computers exclusively. One of their products, an Alienware desktop, could not be repaired by the Squad. It also couldn't be repaired by Dell without costing an arm and a leg, so I simply bought a new one. Otherwise, the Squad is extremely helpful and they can repair almost anything.

The service is good at Best Buy but you’ve always got to make a appointment. This computer is ok for what I needed it for . So far so good

I have my own geek but will still use them do to fast service.

Geek squad will be your best friend when an accident happens to your purchase. Haven’t needed it myself but am glad I have it!

We have not had to use this yet for this laptop. Over the last several years We had the protection on a different laptop that had a bad water spill. It was fixed very quickly and worked as good as new.very happy with the service.

Spilled apple juice on my laptop and I got the battery and keyboard replaced with no extra charge. Repair time was only 2 weeks!

I always get this protection for my electronics. I have used it as my husband is not always good with using or taking care of a computer. The Geek Squad are so helpful and accidents do happen but you will always have peace of mind!

Very Sleek, and compact, yet the screen seems huge. The built in camera is excellent,a s well as the sound. The picture is super clear, and has great detail. Best computer I have owned!

We haven’t had to use it yet but I appreciate the sales associate’s thoroughness of explaining the benefits of each tier to help us choose a plan that caters best to our specific needs.

You can't put a price on peace of mind. I will forever purchase the protection.
